Suggested Use

We were so grateful for our timely order of the Emergency Immune Support” capsules. Our friend, who is a nurse, recommended them, after doctors in the hospital where she worked gave specific recommendations for nutrients to possibly help prevent Covid-19, or at least help them to be less severe. It was what they gave patients who had been admitted to the hospital. Emergency Immune Support matched the specifications almost perfectly. We started taking them as soon as our shipment arrived, and tested Covid positive only two days later. We started out with pretty serious cold symptoms, and braced for them to get much worse. Started taking this at the end of November, 2020. In early December I tested positive for Covid-19, but was completely, 100% asymptomatic! I had NO Covid symptoms! I decided that after getting covid, that I needed to boost my vitamin c and several people said I also need to be taking zinc and elderberry.
So instead of taking so many pills at once because when you are sick nothing sets right on your stomach. I did some research and found these with everything I needed in them.
So, they were worth a try.
I have been taking them everyday since I got them.
I started to improve and for me the second two weeks were the worse being sick but, after taking them I know has helped and felt better. No, it was not just the virus taking the course because my immune system is already compromised, I am on immunotherapy for allergies. And it lasted over a month.
The difference is in the way I felt for the month and that I could of been worse and in the hospital.

I love that this has ALL the best immunity builders in one easy to swallow capsule (i have issues with pills and this one is good for. me!) however i quickly learned i can’t take both capsules together NOR on an empty stomach. you can. play around with how you take it and when, because every body handles these things differently, but if i don’t split them up and take with food on my stomach, i am either nauseated or full on vomiting! just a side note, that’s the only reason i gave it 4 stars, but i will still take it daily for the convenience of what it is all in one pill.

I ordered this about two months ago while looking for something to boost my immunity. I take the regular dose of two caps a day. After testing positive for covid, I increased my dosage to 4 caps a day to boost my immune system even more. I am an RN and am aware that some cases are mild and others are not, but I am convinced that this supplement helped me and will recommend this to anyone looking for a good supplement. Of course, you should always seek medical care from a physician and not necessarily rely on supplements alone, but this was my experience.
